Fantastic place with fantastic staff and services ; everyone was so kind ! The hotel is located in a son nice area with a fantastic view. Includes in the price, you have access to the swimming pool + discount in the restaurant witch is really excellent ! Everyone in the staff was really nice and fully dedicated. Diner with the view from the terrasse was delicious. ||Only a bit of noise with motorcycles enjoying the nice roads and first rays of the sun …

Came here for drinks and a wedding venue viewing. Amazing location and amazing views. Unfortunately the kitchen closes between 3 - 6pm so we didn’t get chance to eat here during the appointment.

As some said before 5 star location with a 2 star service!||A Economy room is not a large room!!|No coffee/tea in the room|Communal Iron - yes some hotels have that but this location shouldn't !||Food Strange and just overall not very good blue crisps with Salmon Ravioli?||Breakfast sat down was not even acknowledge I understand a buffet but staff should at least offer coffee. Staff were standing around not really doing alot just talking and when walking pass the staff the smell from the staff of cigarettes was a breakfast killer which we didnt repeat we simply went out for breakfast||This place simply is not good enough they are living on the location and building but do not have the service to match 3 night stay and we used it just a bed left early came back as late as possible !||Also when this was mentioned on check out I just felt like it was argued not humbled||20 years in Italy I wont be back sorry !||Reply to your reply||Historical furnishings Rubbish the first room you gave had old junk in it the second room were all new !||Again arguing because you THINK you have some special when the service doesn't match||Interesting you don't address the breakfast situation||The way you describe the "Food" is like i haven't eaten salmon before||I have now lowered my rating even further and suggest you may take a long look at what you are delivering as its not up to any mark what a shame !

Abbiamo passato io con mia famiglia dei giorni stupendi per la fine dell’anno 2023 stato un capodanno meraviglioso in questo bellissimo posto. Ristorante tutti molto gentile e presente per il cenone di capodanno abbiamo avuto la tavola che abbiamo detto a loro che volevamo … pulizia della camera numero 1 camera bellissima per 4 personale che lavorano molto gentile e educati. Grazie 1000 torneremo presto per la state per godere un po’ quella bellissima piscina che avete.

Ho soggiornato in Villa Cariola dal 30/12 al 02/01 nella suite con vasca idromassaggio con mio marito e i nostri due pelosetti.
Nulla da dire per la struttura, per la camera e per il benvenuto (Ca del Bosco con frutta in camera).
Mi aspettavo però un servizio adatto alla tipologia della struttura (considerando anche il prezzo della camera): colazione da tre stelle (pochissima scelta, per es. qualche frutto in un unico piatto e di scarsa qualità e verdure inesistenti). Ho chiesto la possibilità di avere a colazione uno yogurt 0% e mi é stato risposto di NO quindi sono andata in un supermercato e mi portavo la colazione da fuori. Avendo la vasca idromassaggio abbiamo chiesto i SALI e hanno risposto di non averli. Un unico piccolo carrello per portare i bagagli che al check out era anche rotto quindi l’addetto ha dovuto fare più viaggi per portare il bagaglio a mano.
La prenotazione é stata gestita telefonicamente direttamente con la struttura (no tramite sito no tramite Booking): abbiamo chiesto un pacchetto per due persone con due cani e abbiamo ricevuto un’offerta. Nel momento del check out ci hanno addebitato il costo di Euro 75,00 che non é stato mai menzionato né nella mail ricevuta, né nelle nostre diverse conversazioni telefoniche. Non segnalo questo per il costo in sé del soggiorno dei cani ma per correttezza e professionalità il costo deve essere comunicato/segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimento, nessuno dell’amministrazione é intervenuto per dare delucidazioni.
Siamo rimasti amareggiati da tutte questa serie di mancanze.

Villa Cariola is an amazing place to stay. It has a good location and a very nice view.The staff is very kind and food is delicious. The only thing i would recommend is to improve the Wine Selection?
