Good place and location. We had booked a table which we didn't find when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes The employees at the tables were smart. As for the pizza, my wife got a margherita (the tomato was sweet .... maybe there was some ketchup mixed in, the mozzarella wasn't bad), I got a pizza with mushrooms (it was sweet). The dough seemed quite natural to me. After 5 hours I had the sensation of having a brick in my stomach. The price wasn't high but for the quality it could have been lower. Another restaurant that passes itself off as Italian but does not remember it at all. I hope it gets better.

Locale molto curato. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo che non abbiamo trovato quando siamo arrivati. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti. I dipendenti ai tavoli erano cortesi. Per quanto riguarda la pizza mia moglie ha preso una margherita ( il pomodoro era dolce....forse c'era del ketchup mescolato, la mozzarella non era male), io ho preso una pizza con i funghi (era dolce). L'impasto mi pareva abbastanza naturale. A distanza di 5 ore avevo la sensazione di avere un mattone nello stomaco. Il prezzo della cena non è stato alto ma per la qualità poteva essere più basso. Un altro ristorante che si spaccia per italiano ma che non lo ricorda affatto. Sono possibili margini di miglioramento.

The food was terrible. Meatballs were extremely salty, and I like salty foods, but this was too much for me and my family. We also had the pesto broccoli almond tortellini, and I returned the dish because the taste was off. The gnocchi was ok, but I didn't like the texture since I liked traditional gnocchi, and these were like plain also the truffle flavor was very pronounced that overpowered the rest of the flavors. The waiter was excellent he was apologetic and offering other dishes. I was like, no, thank you." On the other hand, my boyfriend had the branzino, and he said it was good but had better. Now, let me start with the pizza, which I did not eat because, since I was looking the whole time I was there, the Employees that were cooking the pizza since I was sitting right across them. Please please have them sanitize their hands, these employees touches everything without gloves and without washing their hands while touching all cooking instruments, faces, mouth, blowing their noses, picking stuff from the floor and never once washed their hands. They literally have a sink next to them that they didn't use the whole time I was observing, and I was there for 2hrs. These people handling pizza seasonings toppings with the same bare hands they touched everything with no gloves nor hand wash, It was disgusting.

Prato is by far one of my most favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is amazing! Definitely check out their pizzas and pasta. The Gnocchi is so good! Also their Italian Citrus is by far my favorite drink. I look forward to going back every time and it never disappoints.

Lunch and dinner are different. In Winter Park, if there's no reservation on Resy, you can walk in without waiting. You can also call ahead to inquire. This place seems quite popular and decent. If you're looking to carb up, it's worth a visit. The bruschetta is amazing! Is it ricotta? Soft cheese with jam is delicious, and they even added candied pistachios. So fragrant. The ingredients might change depending on the season.
