I ordered two slices of a pepperoni pizza and this lady had it on foil and she scraped the foil of the pizza and have foil on my pizza and she gave it to me. I never heard that Pizza supposed to be on the foil come on now supposed to be in a pad no matter if you had two slices of now you’re supposed to do the whole pan and then you put it up and then people want slices. They got new young people in there is not good.

The lasagna was nothing like I ever had, and not in a good way, it wasn't even layered, looked like school food. The garlic bread was so bland and way too much butter. The pizza dough was not good, you couldn't even taste the pizza sauce the crust wasn't edible. The cheese on the table was not good either. Didn't even taste like cheese. Our drinks arrived after we started eating because she had forgotten. Also, We got charged for automatic tips, we are 6 but that includes only 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants. I would understand if we were all adults. It sucks that we got charged more than 10$ of tips and without good service. Would not recommend, save your money go somewhere else.

The pizza here is really good, I especially like their dough. If you eat inside the dining area, there is a 20% added charge to your total. There is a fee for each ranch that you order and no refills on drinks. Customer service is ok. Parking is curbside and unless they have a lot of orders the wait time isn't too bad. If any of these are deal breakers for you then beware, if not this is an ok place to eat at.

Our server was nicole, and she was very prompt and friendly. She left for the day, and an older lady relieved her. Her service was subpar, she gave us the check, than came back and said we could pay up front. She wasn't busy, we were the only ones there, instead she was on the phone talking to someone, not the business phone that Nicole was using taking phone orders...

So I have been coming to pizza show for past couple of years . So when I would pick up my order the men who were in the kitchen ,they were always nice and greeted you. So today I decided to have pizza, i placed my order over the phone and 20mins later i come pick it up. Once i arrive, I go to the window where it says pick up. I tell the person in the kitchen Im picking up and order (Latina girl with highlights), and you can sense the attitude. Tells me to pay the other side so I go. Then they send me back to the pick up window. I asked politely if they give plates, and she answers with attitude. Yes, if you ask. I said ok, can I have 6plates please then I ask for napkins and cheese she hands me 2 lousy napkins and 2pack of cheese mind you I order giant pizza and wings. I look at her and ask her for more napkins and she hands me 2 more and she gets mad. I'm like are you freaking kidding me. When you work with customers you have to have a great attitude and give good service otherwise don't even bother. Pizza was good but service not great.

Antipasto Salad is a very poor value, at least when having it delivered. The tomato was not even cored. Toppings were sparse. Cheese was cold and tough on pizza. Our whole delivery experience was poor and the store employee who answered the phone was like "it's outta our hands because it's a third party delivery service" which was NOT specified when ordering directly from their website . Very poor experience, only kinda good food. Poor value and service.

I like this place. The pizza is quite good and the dough is light. The atmosphere could be better but the price for the food you get is more than fair.
Only one comment: Parmigiana Chicken IS NOT AN ITALIAN DISH 🙂

This is the worst Italian food that I have tried so far in Los Angeles. The food is nearly tasteless and picking up a to go order was a mess.

I placed an online order and showed up at the time indicated in my order confirmation. I ended up having to wait about another 10 minutes after arriving. It seemed like maybe the kitchen had mixed up an order, but I was having an extremely difficult time communicating with their employee who was working the pick up window so I’m not exactly sure what happened.

When I got home, I realized they had forgotten part of the order (I had ordered and payed for fettuccine Alfredo with chicken but just got plain fettuccine Alfredo). Regardless, the food was incredibly bland. Nearly no taste whatsoever but still incredibly greasy.

The employees were very friendly, but that’s unfortunately about the only positive thing I can say about this place.
