Ottimo hotel, personale accogliente e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.( Simpatice e giovani ) Pulito , abbiamo cenato in camera su balcone con vista lago , ottima cena . È un hotel dove soggiornare e potersi muovere nei paesi limitrofi, di fianco un' ottima vineria che offre la possibilità di bere aperivo proprio sul lago. Consigliatissimo.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Just steps from the lake. We had a wonderful, comfortable room with a private lakeside terrace that was a great place for relaxing in the morning or end of the day. The hotel restaurant also overlooks the lake and served up delicious breakfasts (included in the room rate) and dinners. This is a family run hotel and the owners and other staff could not be more gracious and helpful. On the day we were leaving, our taxi was late in arriving and one of the owners took the time to drive us almost half way to our destination where we met up with the taxi driver! We reccomend Hotel Orso Bruno without hesitation!

It is an amazing boutique hotel right at the lakefront and right infront of the ferry dock. We had the balcony and terrace room and the view was spectacular. Free breakfast and it was delicious. It seems family owned so there is a lot of careful attention, they made sure they booked our car transfers and gave us a lot of local tips. The hotel is kept clean and is in a very quaint town. Not much to do in Carate Urio but this hotel is a fantastic and affordable place to make your base and then move around the lake during the day.

Hotel piccolo ma non manca niente. Buona posizione, dispone di parcheggi, ristorante e bar.
Le camere sono piccole ma dotate di ogni comfort, ottima la pulizia.

Look no further for a beautiful and serene stay in Lake Como. The hotel is located at a ferry stop so you can easily get to Bellagio and Como. The bus stop is also in front of the hotel, but does not run on Sundays. The price was reasonable for the area and our view was incredible. A few nice restaurants around and good breakfast for an extra fee. This was the perfect romantic stay for our honeymoon and we will always remember our time here.

Beautiful independent hotel with traditional decor but still modern - you really feel like you’re in Italy here. Great location with stunning views of the lake, good transport connections and really helpful staff too. The breakfast is great and the room its served in is amazing with a glass wall opening up to views of the lake. Would recommend and would love to stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Orso Bruno for 3 nights in August and had the most fabulous stay. The hotel itself is an amazing location with a ferry terminal directly opposite for trips to Como, Bellagio and beyond. The views from the hotel's restaurant, both at breakfast & dinner are outstanding, as is the food on offer. Great menu options and a superb choice of wines. The wine bar directly below the restaurant is really good too. We had a family room on the top floor of the hotel and it was perfect, the kids loved it. |What really made our stay memorable though and the reason why would definitely return more than anything are the staff !! They were all lovely, really friendly and welcoming and great with our children. Hotel Orso Bruno is an unassuming gem of a hotel in the most beautiful of locations and we would definitely recommend it !! Grazie mille x

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Orso Bruno during our honeymoon. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and helpful. Our room had a lake view, which was beautiful even in the rain. Breakfast was great, as was the hotel's restaurant.

The Urio ferry stop is conveniently located steps from the front door, and it was easy to get on as it is a smaller stop.

We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Antonia and Samuele!
