My pizza was delicious, but it was served on a dirty serving plate coated with cinnamon sugar and butter. This makes me think they don't wash these plates, which is disgusting. Other people's hands have been on them.

I love this Blaze. I used to come here with my friends after running sometimes and I loved every second of it. It's really good for getting together. Personally I prefer just the White Top. I love the cheese, the sause, and the bacon. I also really recommend the Brownie. It's one of my favorite deserts and I can confidently say, this the brownie here is one of the best I've eaten.

Im from SB but I was working the sound and fury show at exposition park 7/12-7/15. I haven’t had blaze in a cool minute but was definitely craving pizza. Jamar I believe that was his name was has great customer service skills with the rest of the crew. My pizza was well done as I asked and made to order. I know most ppl love to complain about every lil thing so I like to right good reviews when deserved. Thank You

Blaze is one of my favorite pizza chain. I like it.
This location is however one of worse to come across it. One of their staff gave attitude during preparing my order, ruined with sludge balsamic at top which is supposed to be drizzled, and they burnt it!

I hardly write reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I just need to share it. I called twice ahead of time to verify that their ‘grand reopening’ promotion was all day (10/17/24). Upon arriving, I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member who informed me that they were no longer offering the promotion because there were too many people. I understand the logistics of this, but advertising a promotion online and me calling twice ahead of time to confirm followed by arbitrarily cancelling it is just bad customer service. It’s not really about the money (like $10), it’s just in principle why advertise something to customers if you can’t keep your word…

Good service, the girl at cashier is really nice. Pizza was prepared fairly quickly but to be frank, it's NOT a good pizza even though with a real oven. The crust is made out of frozen dough, edge of the pizza is over burned, tomato sauce is no flavor (industrial ones), and loaded with cheese. Very disappointing!

Came here during a UCLA game so it was a bit busier than it normal, but the pizza came out quickly! We got a white top pizza and the “dough knots” to share which came with great marinara sauce.
Really good pizza and a lot of selection for the ‘build your own pizza' aspect of it.
