I just picked up my pizza order to go. Pineapple and mushrooms. They use canned mushrooms, and it looks gross. If you sliced a slug in slices. That's exactly how it looks. For being hungry, it was disappointing. Plus, canned mushrooms don't bake well and makes it soggy. I took it off right away. First and last time I went there. Stinks for the only experience of getting pizza there. As you can see it doesn't look like mushrooms.?

I'm a old customer, been eating at this place for years, I can't recall how many years but the pizza here is incredibly delicious. I would've gave this place 5 stars but at my most recent visit, I started to notice that the pizzas were smaller and for the beef pizza with pepperoni, the beef changed from small pieces but more portions of it to marble shaped sizes but smaller portions. Now, they arent serving more of the toppings as before, which disappointed me and my family. I also got a Hawaiian pizza and also had fewer toppings. The pizza cutting skills arent the best but overall everything else is going fine. I'm waiting to see more toppings, but not the downfall of this business. (No pictures included, already ate the pizza)

Update: The beef situation is solved, it's back to normal! I seen the prices have gotten higher over the years but its probably because of inflation. And, we should understand that the ingredients cost them aswell. The pizza is still delicious.

terrible service. I called an hour and a half before to make a pickup and when I arrived they didn't have it ready. Until that moment they began to do it. bad service. Wait an hour for a pizza. I won't return to this place. 0 stars

So right off the bat I want to say I had been a huge fan of Pronto Pizza for several years. Then their prices went up. Then their prices went up again. I used to consider them a $5 dollar pizza spot but aside from the original pepperoni Pizza it seems getting a couple pizzas will run you what a popular chain would. Still I went, even during the pandemic.

Yesterday, I went after a couple months of not - and apparently they have become "Pregio Pizza." I immediately noticed a different ambience when I walked in even though all the Pronto Pizza branding was still in there including the expensive looking digital menus and everything.

I still went ahead and ordered. It seems like the Pizza is the same but I don't think it is. Judge for yourselves. The pepperoni was a little burnt. I don't know what's happening with Pronto's but at this point (and with the prices going up comparable to popular chains) I don't think I am going back.

Customer Service with Pronto's was better in my opinion. It's a huge part on my experience when I eat so we will see what happens once it fully converts to "Pregio."

Update: the Pizza is still delicious

Update #2: I ordered and paid for a Pizza online. I waited 10-15 minutes before I went in. I get to the register the girl can't find the pizza. She tells me "10 minutes" - rather than argue, I just go back to my car and wait 10 more minutes. What an inconvenience.

Good quality pizza for a place around the corner. It's best to order by phone to have it ready for pick-up, since they tend to be a bit busy with only one cashier.

Called in. Told the girl on the phone I had a coupon for 1 large pizza and breadsticks for $9.99. She placed my order and said it'll be ready in 15mins. I get to pizza place and they try to charge me more and I had to wait 15mins for my bread sticks. Disappointed. Sucks they don't have Negative Service Star.
