The pizzas are pretty small and thin. The bottoms are also burnt making the whole pizza taste awful. The pieces that weren’t burnt as bad were still very crunchy — like eating chips — it was a weird texture.
The staff is also not very welcoming. They seem like they are in a rush to get you out as fast as possible.

First time getting Pieology yesterday (takeout order), got home, realized pizza was really small, measured it and it was 15% smaller than what it should have been. Also, 40% of the crust was burnt and not edible. Called them to explain and before I even ask them for a replacement pizza or refund, they say all their crusts come at that size and there’s nothing they can do about it until their manager shows up which is not for another 30 minutes. I’m hungry and ready to eat with my family but I calmly give them my number to have the manager call me when they arrive and I never heard back. So they have a quality control issue and when this is brought to their attention, their response is to ignore their customer. Sounds good to me.

Stay away from this branch. Last time I ever come here. They are stingy with their toppings barely put any cheese and if you ask for extra of something they charge extra. The lead or manager whatever her title is, same girl that's always there in charge, always in a bad mood with her mad bulldog stare. Horrible customer service. Never coming back, voting with my dollars elsewhere.

Great pizza and very delicious, this was my first time here , but their pizza as good as Blaze . From the settings to the toppings it was very the same. I do like both of these franchises, maybe because I really loved pizza. The place was kind of busy probably it was Saturday night and people came in for Dinner. I ordered my favorite pizza which chose my own toppings with extra cheese and well done. It came out the way I expected. Loved it the cheese melt and dropped when you picked up a slice. It was delicious and gooey . I forgot to mention that down load their app and you get a free ooey gooey cheese bread for free.

I love Pieology no matter the location, but this branch unfortunately was the one where I was disappointed. I walked in, and the environment was gloomy, long, and pessimistic. The workers always were in a rush because only two were working to create the orders and take the payments, causing more chaos. I had to wait a total of 40 minutes for my pizza because of the lack of workers opposed to customers. I think the manager and others should know when the lunch rush is so that they are prepared to have many workers to beat the rush and flow of the wait time.

I think because the worker there was rushing, he could not spend much time making each of the pizzas, mine included. My BBQ chicken pizza was cold and the crust was still soggy like a dough texture.

I hope this branch can have more workers or those with more experience to man the busy hours.

This is a personal size pizza restaurant that allows you to pick the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. So if it taste bad, it is your own fault. They also serve salads if you are not into pizzas. They have a mobile app that allows you to order ahead and skip the line and also gives you points. 100 points ($100 spend) gives you a free pizza. I give 3 stars because the table I was using was like sticky with old grime...

Had a great experience with their service and friendliness while making a pie. The server was also very helpful with making a vegetarian pie and was suggesting multiple options. Definitely coming back here.
