This was our first time at CPK and the pizza was so good that we ordered extras. The server made continuous rounds to make sure we didn't need anything. This is a great location to just walk around after a meal with ample parking as well.

The general area is very clean. The restaurant is clean and exactly like other CPKs except our order was correct the first time and it was nice and hot. Loved this location! We went to the Barnes and Noble first and came here for lunch. So lovely! Me and my fiancé witnessed some road rage in the parking structure so come calm!

I left a review 5 years ago, and i put a screenshot about that and i think that dining out should be a seamless and enjoyable experience. Starting a meal with appetizers creates pleasant anticipation for the main course. However, missing utensils can certainly disrupt that flow. Welcome bread is always appreciated, but we didn't receive it until we asked for it after the appetizers.

We ordered our entrees, and it took around 45 minutes to receive them, and they were very cold, so I could not say if the food was good or not. Consistent quality is important to customers.

I'm very disappointed.

I frequently visit this restaurant, but my experience on September 27 at 8pm was exceptionally disappointing. I ordered a pasta dish and a dessert for takeout, but when I arrived, I was informed by the young male employee at the takeout counter that there was a mix-up in the kitchen. He said my pasta order was made incorrect, so he had put in a request for a remake and told me it would take about 10 minutes.
After waiting for a considerable amount of time, a lady came into the takeout area with her meal and mentioned to the employee that she had received the wrong order—clearly mine! The staff member looked confused for a moment, then acknowledged the mix-up he made and offered me the meal she had already taken home and opened if I didn’t want to wait. I was completely shocked that someone in the food business would even consider doing something like that. I politely declined and continued to wait for my remake.
What was weird was that the lady who came in after me received her remake much faster than I did, and she was able to leave before I even got my food. Finally, after waiting for 25 minutes, my pasta was ready. The same worker handed it to me in a bag, and when I asked about my dessert, he shrugged and simply handed it to me without putting it in the bag. Then, I had to remind him about the ice cream that was supposed to come with the dessert. I also requested bread, napkins, and utensils over the phone when I placed my order. However, when I arrived at the restaurant and paid, the employee didn't provide them until I asked again. When I finally got home and opened my dessert, I discovered that it didn’t have the rainbow chips I had specifically requested.
Overall, this experience was horrible. The takeout staff at the Marina del Rey location could greatly benefit from training in hygiene and customer service practices. I strongly recommend visiting the Manhattan Beach location instead, where the service is much better.

Just left the Marina Er and after being there all day I was starving so I placed an online order for the HALF BBQ SALAD only to walk away with nothing. I waited almost an hour for this simple dish and informed curb side that I was there twice. Well no one ever came out which is very disappointing and disgusting. Me or my family WILL NOT BE BACK shame on this location this is inexcusable especially for rubbish food. If you have plenty of time on your hands visit this location and they’ll def keep you waiting. And to top it off it happened to four of us

Friends took me hear for my Birthday celebration & i was happy with this delicious meal. Loved the spicy cauliflower with blue cheese appetizer. Enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, classic chicken bbq pizza too. Ordered the tequila pasta & was a happy camper.

Love the chopped Chinese chicken salad, friendly staff. Disabled parking section, restrooms, full bar and other good variety of food dishes. When we returned for a re visit the table looked like it was clean but had dirty appitizer dishes, with place settings. Service slow waited again around 25 min to receive our food, waiter was nice. Went back today and again service was very slow, waiting for our food about 30. Food ok could've been better. Once again dirty appetizer dishes. It's time for me to change my rate 4 to a 3 star.
