The best food I ate in a long time!!! The lasagna of fish is something you need to try, it was amazing!! The plates are good portions, the staff is so nice, I didn’t order a desert because of how full I was and the waiter gave me some biscuits instead. We had a plate to share, then first second and desert, plus drinks, 50€ each.
If you come to Venice you need to try it!!
I recommend to come at 13.00 because after that you need to wait to have a table.

My family and I came here after having some mediocre dishes at other restaurants and trattorias in Venice. Ai Cugnai is a very warm and welcoming space, the service is absolutely incredible and the people are so friendly and accommodating, and the food is just out of this world. The seafood on the menu is amazing. There can be a wait sometimes but it’s well worth it. They even put up with my butchered Italian. Please go here!

I had a delightful experience at this charming café. It's a nice and cozy spot, perfect for a relaxing meal. The portions were generous, and the food overall was quite good. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. My only minor qualm is that the prices were slightly on the higher side. Nonetheless, it's definitely worth a visit for a satisfying dining experience.

During my first visit to Venice, I was fortunate to discover this wonderful restaurant. It's a small, traditional place where the exceptional customer service immediately signals that you're in for a treat. The staff's dedication to making guests feel comfortable and ensuring they enjoy their meals to the fullest is evident.
The food is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I dined here twice and was impressed by every dish I tried. From the simple yet flavorful pasta with pesto and parmigiana to the exquisite shrimp pasta with cherry tomatoes, each meal was a delight. The tiramisu, a standout dessert, was perfectly balanced despite my usual aversion to coffee, showcasing their culinary skill.
If I ever return to Venice, this restaurant will be at the top of my list. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Il posto ideale per mangiare cucina tipica veneta, in un luogo storico e accogliente.
Abbiamo preso un antipasto gamberi e sarde in saor straordinario!!! A seguire spaghetti alle vongole veramente buona.
Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio attento e disponibile di Tonino (se non ricordo male il nome), ma anche dell’altro cameriere super simpatico e dalla battuta pronta per farti sentire ancora più a casa!

We picked this restaurant since it was nearby and had good reviews. Seriously worth it, highly suggest a reservation if you're planning to come after 7pm. We went at 6:30 without one and had to only wait 5 minutes, but a line started to form afterwards. The carbonara and seafood spaghetti was so good. Service was quick and food came out quickly as well.

You need to come during opening hours or you wont get any single tables here. I was here at 12 pm when they opened and people already queued in here. But I could understand why people did this since their service was in the top notch. The old waiter was really nice and took care of my order and always asked, everything good, nice and so on. The food was amazing!!! Definitely real worth for such a class of venice, which was loaded with tourist scam restaurant, but this one is not. The tiramisu was also delicious. Just 5 stars what I can give them, I wish I could give more.

Atmosfera fantastica e personale cordiale, come se non fossi in un posto turistico. I secondi che abbiamo preso - manzo cottura media, manzo con il sugo di pepe nero e le seppie con la polenta- erano deliziosi. Da provare!
